Tervuren are comfortable under most weather conditions if they have shelter from extreme heat, dampness, and cold.
Tervs are social "pack" dogs and can become distressed if they don't share a regular learning relationship with their masters. They do best mentally if they spend a good portion of their time indoors with the human family, and are not treated as "kennel dogs." They are best kept as house dogs, especially during the time you are at home. |
